Information for guests: COVID-19 action protocols to generate greater peace of mind, trust, transparency and security during your stay.

First of all, we want to express our solidarity with all those affected by this Pandemic.

As a priority objective the safety and well-being of our customers, and employees and we want to support all THE MEASURES IMPLEMENTED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO COMBAT THE SPREAD OF THE CORONAVIRUS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.,

Since March 14, 2020, Toledo AP – Tourist Accommodations is following all the safety measures set by the World Health Organization and the health authorities on the coronavirus (COVID-19) so that the service and attention to our customers is 100% safe. For this reason, it is implementing additional measures to guarantee the safety of all our customers and, therefore, we want to convey a message of tranquility and confidence with the measures adopted.

We are also carrying out an action protocol following the indications of the Health authorities in order to correctly solve any unforeseen event.

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL

Cleaning of rooms to achieve effective and high-level disinfection against external pathogens, specifically viruses.

Disinfection of rooms to avoid cross-contamination and environmental contamination.

DISINFECTION PRIOR TO APARTMENT

The cleaning staff carries out a prior disinfection of the contact elements before entering the room, such as the door and knob. To access to clean rooms, the cleaning staff is properly equipped, such as an ffp2 mask, work gloves, shoe covers and protective glasses or face shield.

ENVIRONMENTAL HYGIENE

Environmental sanitation in the apartments may be carried out with ozone emission elements, either by means of a fixed element or directed cannon.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

First, the room will be thoroughly cleaned to remove any dirt or organic matter.

The cleaning of rooms, as well as all contact elements, toilets and bathroom pieces, will be carried out with disinfectant product or ozonated water, with special emphasis on all unhygienic surfaces (porous surfaces) and respecting the colour code on the cleaning tools to avoid cross-contamination. The disinfectant product used for cleaning rooms is of high residual action and broad spectrum to achieve the maximum possible disinfection in each intervention.

Bed linen as well as bath towels should be removed in individual bags to avoid contact outside the disinfected room and eliminate the possibility of cross-contamination. This cleaning will be carried out by an external company that certifies the disinfection.

The disinfectant products to be used are broad-spectrum and have a high residual action to maximize their effectiveness against any external pathogen, based on alcohol or quaternary ammonium, thus achieving effective and high-level disinfection

COMMON SPACES PROTOCOL

Cleaning of facilities, common areas and reception to achieve effective and high-level disinfection against external pathogens, specifically viruses. Disinfection of facilities, common areas, toilets and reception to avoid cross-contamination and environmental contamination.

This procedure affects all facilities, common areas, toilets and reception.

Cleaning staff performs cleaning prior to disinfection. To do this, they remove any type of dirt or organic residue visible in facilities, common areas, toilets and reception, as well as cleaning unhygienic areas and surfaces (porous surfaces) with special care

The cleaning staff will disinfect all contact elements continuously by direct and manual application of disinfectant product with high residual action, emphasizing unhygienic areas or surfaces.

The cleaning of material sensitive to any disinfectant product such as glass, marble, steel, wood, etc., will be carried out with products recommended by the Health Authority.

The reception staff must disinfect all contact material that interacts with people outside the dependency, such as pens, documents, keys, cards, etc. For this purpose, a disinfectant product of manual application will be used.
