As a priority objective the safety and well-being of our customers, and employees and we want to support all THE MEASURES IMPLEMENTED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO COMBAT THE SPREAD OF THE CORONAVIRUS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE., Since March 14, 2020, Toledo AP – Tourist Accommodations is following all the safety measures set by the World Health Organization and the health authorities on the coronavirus (COVID-19) so that the service and attention to our customers is 100% safe. For this reason, it is implementing additional measures to guarantee the safety of all our customers and, therefore, we want to convey a message of tranquility and confidence with the measures adopted. We are also carrying out an action protocol following the indications of the Health authorities in order to correctly solve any unforeseen event. COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL Cleaning of rooms to achieve effective and high-level disinfection against external pathogens, specifically viruses. DISINFECTION PRIOR TO APARTMENT The cleaning staff carries out a prior disinfection of the contact elements before entering the room, such as the door and knob.
