5. How to manage your consent?

5.1. Through the site banner

When you first enter the site, a banner is displayed where you can:

  • Accept all cookies.
  • Reject all non-technical cookies (technical cookies cannot be disabled because they are essential).
  • Configure which categories you accept in a granular way.
Your choice is saved for 24 months. After that period, you will be asked again. You can change your decision at any time from the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.

Closing the banner without selecting any option is interpreted as rejection of non-technical cookies, in accordance with the AEPD Guide 2023.

5.2. Through your browser settings

You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Links to the main ones:

Please note that completely blocking cookies may hinder the use of some site functionalities.

6. International transfers

Third-party cookies (Google, Akismet) involve data transfer to the United States. All are covered by EU-US Data Privacy Framework + Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision EU 2021/914), in accordance with Schrems II case law and EDPB Recommendations 01/2020. Imperica maintains up-to-date transfer impact assessments (TIA).

7. Your rights regarding cookie data

Cookies that process personal data are also subject to the GDPR. You have the same rights described in the Privacy Policy: access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability.
