Booking Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Remember that by booking on our site you are already accepting the Terms and Conditions stated below, and consequently you are expected to respect these rules. You will also need to sign them at check-in on the day of your arrival.

Reserves

All rates are for complete tourist accommodations. All tourist accommodation rates include VAT at the current application and service rate.

At least one person over the age of 18 is required per booking.

When you make a reservation through ToledoAP.com, the rates you see in the search results are the application rates. In the event of any unforeseen changes or problems with your booking we will automatically contact you for your approval/instructions, before making a change to your booking.

After making a reservation online, you will receive a confirmation email, which will also include the payment terms, cancellation policy, apartment address, our phone numbers, and information needed to check-in.

Payment

Payments can be made in cash or by credit/debit card (Visa or Mastercard) You can use your card in the process of booking the tourist accommodation and as a security deposit in case you do not want to deposit the deposit in cash.

We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Bank transfers are not accepted.

The property will charge 20% of the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking, the remaining 80% of the reservation will be charged 14 days before check-in. The reservation must always be paid before your arrival.

The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purpose of the corresponding authentication of the access controls. Likewise, the data about your credit card is not registered in any database but goes directly to Banco Santander’s POS (Point of Sale Terminal).

In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. In this way, if you are a holder of a “secured” card, you can always make payments by VISA or MASTERCARD in our
store.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy may vary depending on the pricing structure you choose.

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email. Cancellations or changes over the phone are not accepted.

Promotional bookings have a different cancellation policy.

General cancellation policy

The general cancellation policy for Toledo Ap – Tourist Accommodation establishments is:

You can modify or cancel the reservation up to 14 days before the date of arrival without charge from Toledo Ap – Tourist Accommodations after this period Toledo Ap will charge 100% of the stay. Modification of the reservation is subject to the availability of the apartments.

In the case of all other establishments, the following general cancellation policy applies:

The reservation can be modified or canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival without charge by Toledo Ap – Tourist Accommodations. If you cancel or modify outside this period we will charge 100% of the stay.

Promotional rates are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, nor can they be modified.

“NO SHOW” – If you do not show up at the accommodation for tourist use on the scheduled date of arrival, without prior cancellation within the indicated period, the company reserves the right to charge the cancellation conditions of your reservation.

Departures from tourist accommodation before the end of the booking

In the event that a guest decides to leave the property for tourist use before the scheduled day of check-out, the remaining amount of the remaining nights will NOT be refunded.

Arrival/Departure

Arrival: The accommodation for tourist use will be available from 2:00 p.m. If for any reason you arrive before this time, please let Toledo Ap – Tourist Accommodations know and we will try to receive you in advance whenever possible.

Please note that, for arrivals between 21:00h and 00:00h, there is an additional cost of €20.00 which will be paid, together with your accommodation, to the person responsible for your reception. From 00:00h no check-ins are made, unless previously agreed with Toledo Ap – Tourist Accommodations

Departure: Check-out is at 12:00 p.m., in case you want to leave later, check availability at the time of your arrival or before the date of your departure. On request, and subject to availability, you can stay in the apartment upon payment of the fee according to departure time.

Identification and number of guests

Toledo Ap – Tourist Accommodation must be informed of the number of guests at the time of booking, as this circumstance will determine the type and rate of the accommodation for tourist use.

The number of people per dwelling for tourist use may not exceed the maximum allowed in each property (see this information in the file of the chosen dwelling for tourist use), except in the case of children under 3 years of age. Baby cots are available on request.

Pets are not allowed in our homes for tourist use except in those that indicate it.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the tourist accommodations, in case of detecting during the departure that the client has smoked, a fine of €90 would be applied.

In the event that any infringement of the aforementioned obligations is committed, Toledo Ap – Tourist Accommodation, under its own criteria, will have the right to ask the client to leave the property for tourist use and the client will not have the right to claim any type of compensation.

Cleaning

The cleaning of the property for tourist use is carried out before the arrival of the client. For stays longer than six days, additional cleaning will be carried out.

At the end of the stay, the client is obliged to leave the accommodation for tourist use in a reasonable state: take out the rubbish the night before, leave the kitchen without food remains and clean tools. Otherwise, you will be charged the cost of an additional cleaning (€30.00).

Extraordinary cleaning services are available on request and cost €20 during the week or €30 at weekends.

Behaviour

Loud music and parties are totally prohibited.

When booking a holiday home, you should know that if there is any kind of scandal or loud music is heard and the neighbours complain and/or call the police, this type of event can lead to an immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.

Rest hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration on this issue and we hope that you understand that these rules are necessary for a coexistence based on respect.

We expect civic and correct behavior from you and all the people who accompany you. If any of the guests does not behave appropriately and responsibly, Toledo Ap – Tourist Accommodation reserves the right to ask the client and their companions to leave the apartment, without the right to future claims or any type of compensation. This will result in the loss of the remaining rent and the refundable security deposit.

Responsibilities

Toledo Ap – Tourist Accommodation is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur as a result of the misuse made by the client of the accommodation for tourist use, including, without limitation, damages, losses due to fire, theft or criminal behaviour. In case of any violation of the aforementioned obligations, Toledo Ap – Tourist Accommodation, at its own discretion, will have the right to ask the client to leave the apartment.
